In this highly interactive session attendees will learn:
- What to measure at a company, team and individual level
- Practical techniques and how to avoid common pitfalls when measuring performance
- How to have effective performance conversations that inspire and motivate
- Managing underperformance (without breaking the law).
Templates, case studies and practical tools will be provided to equip you to implement your ideas.
