You are invited to join members of The Executive Connection for their next speaker session, led by Matt Tice on Applying High Level Game Theory
Matt Tice has been TEC speaker of the year and is renowned for his hard-hitting sessions on business strategy and response to disruption. This session promises to be a unique opportunity to put war gaming concepts into practice to help mid-sized businesses strategize to a completely higher level.
Application of HIGH-LEVEL Game Theory to complex high-risk decision making
This brand-new workshop focuses on exploring radically different business models to explore your own competitive advantage. Combining the members of multiple TEC groups together for the first time in a workshop setting, the workshop will be an experience few will forget.
Matt leads a simulation designed to help business leaders to make complex and high-risk decisions using game theory and scenario planning to understand how decisions propagate through the market and how competition and customers will respond to your decisions. The exercise will illustrate the importance (and the how) of building a 360-degree view of the landscape to support critical strategic decision making.
Using a familiar case study, Matt will guide the group through a high pressure decision simulation designed to help leaders manage the complexity surrounding these decisions to reduce uncertainty and surface the likely responses to your strategic decisions.
This technique, derived from the military, has been used by Matt to help organisations large and small make consequential decisions including product launches, transformation, new business model design, market entry, large (and small) negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, etc.
