Best practice Advisory Boards
There is an increasing trend to the use of Advisory Board Structures to support business leaders, especially business owners. While Many Advisory Boards work in parallel with Governance Boards or Individual Directors, the focus is on achieving the goals of the organisation rather than a pure compliance role.
