Workplace Mental Fitness: Increasing Resilience & Burnout Prevention in 2021
Are you & your team as mentally fit as you could be? Important to pay attention to because mental fitness could be your X-Factor, in both preventing burnout and cultivating greater levels of resilience within your workspace.
If you are not physically fit you’d feel physical stress as you attempt to climb a steep hill. Likewise if you are not mentally fit, you would feel mental stress such as anxiety, frustration, irritation or unhappiness creep into your day, as you handle continual work related challenges. These daily stressors and stresses are integral in understanding the mind/body connection for greater work performance.
Perhaps the last year has over-stretched both yourself and your team members, diminishing resilience reserves and increasing the prospect for burnout to rear its head? Now more than ever we all need an upgrade in our mental operating system to not just survive but to thrive during 2021.
Similar to the work of EQ & IQ - PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient) measures your Mental Fitness ability when working under pressure, or your Resilience Capacity. Combine this with the lease of Workplace Wellbeing (WQ) and you have a powerful combination for sustained peak performance.
Adele’s workshop is designed to help participants access a higher level of internal resilience whilst attaining the ultimate work/wellbeing balance blueprint.
The workshop will cover 7 key fundamentals to Mental Fitness & Workplace Wellbeing:
Closing the daily stress response cycle
The 3 Treasures Technique for getting into the zone
LSD (low, slow, deep) drills to strengthen vagal tone
The 3 core mental muscles to grow to increase your resilience levels
Access to free PQ Score and Saboteur assessments
PQ reps ideal for meetings and work
Working via the 5 super powers of the sage brain
Adele helps to make workplace peak performance sustainable, organic and achievable. Members will walk away with practical hacks to make a substantial addition to their lives and their energy at work and play.
