Building on the award-winning book “Creating a Lean and Green Business System (Zokaei, Lovins, Wood & Hines 2013). this workshop will explore the techniques used with world class retailers and other organisations and explore how members can begin to build a relevant, purposeful and economically viable environmental journey using Agile and Lean approaches.
