Greg’s latest program builds on his renowned “The Perfect Sale” workshop. Greg has designed a workshop, focused on sales leadership, for you to design your own sales strategy, including structure and the balance between external sales resources, internal sales and digital support. Working as teams on a case study, then reflecting on your own sales activities, this is a perfect workshop to understand the dilemma of sales leadership and a reminder of the most important principles to follow.
Our Speaker, Greg Donlan (The Sales Coach)
Greg Donlan is a proven and dynamic TEC speaker who has presented to over 100 TEC groups since his initial engagement in 2000. The TEC programs presented by Greg Donlan leverage a background of sales, marketing and management success at organisations such as Coles Myer, Seiko, Ericsson and Coca Cola. Greg's approach is very practical with lots of ground level experience, war stories and group involvement in preference to a "text book" or theoretical presentation.
Greg's message is current, and effectively utilises current technology to underpin proven sales methodology. He often rides with the Sales Representatives of his clients, attending their sales calls with them and coaching in "real time" to enhance performance. Greg also works with CEOs of SMEs to help them develop sales and negotiation systems for their businesses. He has assisted the businesses of hundreds of TEC members in the past two years.
TEC members are high-integrity business leaders from a diverse range of industries who meet monthly to support each other and address the challenges of leading in these increasingly uncertain times.
The speaker session is the first part of a monthly all-day meeting and is attended by between 14 and 16 people. During the afternoon, the TEC members continue with their Executive Session. Our speakers are subject experts focused on stimulating active discussion with the group.
