OUR SPEAKER, Paul FINDLAY

Paul has spent his professional career challenging the status quo and innovating to change the way learning and leadership get done in the world.

Paul is a serial entrepreneur and was the founder and CEO for over 10 years of Professional Development Training Pty Ltd (PDT), an international training and professional services organisation with operations in Australia, Singapore, NZ, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines and the U.S.A. PDT Australia delivers on-site training and public classes, psychometric tools, surveys and custom projects, across the globe.

Paul has been actively involved in several Leadership development bodies, focused on the concept that this is Line Management responsibility not a separate HR function. He was Learning Chair for the Brisbane Chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organisation (EO).

He has been growing and developing the REACH LX on line platform for the last 10 years, with the last 12 months significantly scaling the business which allows him now to broaden his speaking and Thought Leadership activities.

Paul's mission is to improve the leader experience for 1,000,000 leaders and the lives at work for their 10,000,000 team members.

His workshop today is just one central part of the broad range of modules and programs encompassed in the REACH LX offer.

TEC members are high-integrity business leaders from a diverse range of industries who meet monthly to support each other and address the challenges of leading in these increasingly uncertain times.

The speaker session is the first part of a monthly all-day meeting and is attended by between 14 and 16 people. During the afternoon, the TEC members continue with their Executive Session. Our speakers are subject experts focused on stimulating active discussion with the group.
