He provides innovation consulting services to businesses and tech startups, innovating the running club & racket sporting industry, along with solving real-world business problems using Artificial Intelligence.
CROFTI is an innovation consulting business, focused on business process improvement, finding new ways of working through implementing the latest technology, including AI, and removing manual handling of data across departments.
Lucas has also founded several businesses in the sports clubs arena focused on membership and community experience.
Tribu: An Artificial Intelligence IT Support tool to solve the most common IT support requests from customers that provides integration between Microsoft Teams, Datto Autotask, ConnectWise & HaloPSA allowing MSP’s and their engineers be more efficient, and customers to experience better customer service while aiming to solve 70% of the most mundane IT issues such as Password Reset, Printer not working or Computer running slow.

The speaker session is the first part of a monthly all-day meeting and is attended by between 14 and 16 people. During the afternoon, the TEC members continue with their Executive Session. Our speakers are subject experts focused on stimulating active discussion with the group.
