About Tony
Tony Barnes is a Partner at McGrathNicol, an internationally experienced technology executive, cybersecurity professional and non-executive director of critical infrastructure companies. Over a 30-year career he has led start-ups and publicly-listed businesses alike.
He advises organisations on large-scale cyber security transformation, incident response and building digital trust, as well as managing technology risk and improving cyber maturity, often in complex, regulated business environments.
Tony is also experienced in providing cyber and technology due diligence advisory services to organisations involved in all aspects of M&A activity.
