To support the organisation leaders, ongoing support is provided to two key groups; coaching and mentoring (one on one) for CEOs and Senior Executives and coaching for Board Chairs or Owners with professional CEOs reporting to them. 

Vistage the world’s largest CEO coaching and Peer Advisory Organisation. Jon Lindsay runs three wonderful groups and has been a Vistage chair for over 15 years. Membership of Vistage enables business leaders to tap into a group of Peers from different industries in the local community learning from and supporting each other as we navigate an ever accelerating business environment.
