You are invited to join members of the Executive Connection for our next speaker session, led by Warwick Face and Kieran Wallis on “Turning Vision into Value”
Turning Vision into Value
Most of us have heard Corporate Finance professionals talk about the “Deal” and “preparing for sale”. But of course there is an underpinning concept that creating a valuable enterprise is not about a sale or even being “sale ready”. The thinking that is behind a potential acquirer of a business focusing on the future cashflows is exactly the same focus that should be from the current leaders of a business. “Enterprise value” and the drivers behind it are not transactionally dependent.
In this stimulating talk, Warwick Face and Kieran Wallis focus on the drivers of value and how that can ultimately be realised.
The session will cover
Key Drivers of Value - the ones we can really influence
Looking forward and the importance of credible forecasts
Realising Value
An overview of the M & A activity and trends in Queensland and elsewhere
Takeaways:
A one page model of drivers
An analysis tool of Financial and non-financial drivers
The most recent report Deal Pulse - a report on the recent M & A activity
