Adam will work through the Agile Growth Checklist©. This covers the 7 attributes of agile growth; Leadership, Talent, Strategy, Execution, Customer, Systems and Profit.

Adam runs the growth advisory firm – Visage Growth Partners. He works with growth-focused Business Owners/CEOs and their leadership teams to demystify growth and find the way through the challenges and complexities of Scaling Up a business.

In addition to his Scaling Up, Outthinker, and Four Decisions accreditations, and his 20+ years corporate experience, he incorporates a range of methodologies to support his clients across a diverse set of businesses.  Current engagements are in the Datacentre, IT Services, Software, Precision Medicine, Aged Care, Medicinal Cannabis, Finance, Construction, and Technology sectors.

Prior to this, Adam was a seasoned senior corporate executive with a track record of delivering short and long term bottom-line outcomes across a diverse range of industries in Australia and abroad.  He has held senior positions in Boral, Reuters, Scottish Telecom, Metricon Homes, Burbank Homes, and General Motors, including the running of a $300m business.  These experiences are constantly leveraged into Adam’s clients to help simplify and sustain their growth journeys.

Adam is a strategic, thought-provoking, and passionate advisor who operates with an authentic and engaging style. With a focus on IMPACT, he is deeply fulfilled by helping leaders grow and watching this multiply out across an organisation and its stakeholders.

Adam is married with 4 vivacious and gregarious children. In the spare time he has, Adam takes DJ lessons to learn how to play and mix music. He also retains a personal ambition for when he turns 55 to qualify for the US Seniors PGA Golf Circuit.
