You are invited to join members of the Executive Connection for our next speaker session, led by speaker Cameron Tuesley on “Fearless IT”
Fearless IT
"Fearless IT" is a topic that comes from Cameron’s many years of helping organisations navigate technology and, especially, recovering IT projects.
As a 10 year TEC member he has seen plenty of examples in his fellow members as well as some his very high profile corporate clients. Often Cameron has been called in to sort out a mess and there are some very basic and simple reasons, he believes, that cause these, and indeed most IT projects, to fail. The good news is that the solutions are there to be seen if you know where to look.
The takeaways from this session are all about being aware of the challenges and pathways, understanding where a CEO needs to insert themselves in a process and being conscious of when external expertise of the right kind is needed.

OUR SPEAKER, Cameron Tuesley
As an Integral Technology Solutions founder and CEO, Cameron Tuesley is an innovative entrepreneur, with strong business management acumen combined with extensive IT experience. Over the past 21 years, under his leadership, Integral has become a market leader when it comes to delivering innovative and complex IT solutions for large corporates and a winner of 10 national or international IT awards for their work. Cameron is also a member of TEC 44 based in Brisbane.
While Cameron still works on select complex technical projects with clients, he is passionate about mentoring young people in IT and exploring sustainable engineering. These passions collide in the Team Arrow project. Creating two solar power race cars that competed in the World Solar Challenge in the Northern Territory as well as representing Australia in both the Middle East and Europe, and being the first Australian car to cross the finish line in all five races in which he has competed, is an outstanding feat for the small team.
His focus at Integral is to continue growing the strong and skilled team nationally opening further opportunities to deliver complex IT solutions while fostering sustainability and young talent in the industry.
TEC members are high-integrity business leaders from a diverse range of industries who meet monthly to support each other and address the challenges of leading in these increasingly uncertain times.
The speaker session is the first part of a monthly all-day meeting and is attended by between 14 and 16 people. During the afternoon, the TEC members continue with their Executive Session. Our speakers are subject experts focused on stimulating active discussion with the group.
