THE TOPIC, Creating a Mentally Healthy Workplace
Most of us will be impacted by mental health either directly or indirectly and creating a mentally healthy workplace will reduce costs to employers through absenteeism, presenteeism and compensation claims related to mental illness. The workplace provides an ideal environment to support mental wellbeing given the time in spent in the workplace and the support of others and strong leadership support is essential.

OUR SPEAKER, Sarah Cleasby
Sarah works with organisations that understand the importance of mental wellbeing. She helps them to create mental health guidelines, runs awareness sessions on the importance of mental wellbeing in the workplace and delivers the Mental Health First Aid certification program.
With a background in corporate sales and marketing and several years in consulting, Sarah has worked across a number of private and public-sector organisations in many industries both the UK and Australia.
Sarah is a highly skilled coach and facilitator specialising in executive coaching and leadership development with more than 20 years’ business experience across Europe and Australia.
