Our Speaker for my Chief Executive groups in September (10th and 12th) is Craig Rispin, the renowned futurist. His topic, “How to be a future led organisation” is designed to look at future organisation structures and roles in the world where AI is everywhere. This is not an AI talk, but seriously looking at the consequences of what Generative AI will mean for your future organisation.
Our Speaker for my CE groups in October (10th and 17th) is Birgit Schnelle, a Professional EOS Implementer. Her topic “EOS® - A Proven System for Strategy Execution” explains the broad principles (rather than a hard sell of EOS) of what any Execution “operating system” should look like. For many years I have advocated EOS, Scaling Up or other operating systems to drive alignment and engagement from the top team down and many of my members can show the benefits but still have work to do!
